well a friend of mine gave me this straightener and im not reallly sure what to do is it good or bad??? also i feel like i should give him back the t3 because i dont feel i should keep it???

anyone? i need information where can i exactly have my t3 hair iron repaired? i accidentally plugged it at the wrong voltage. i believe the inner circuit was totally damaged. thanks for the help

I was so disappointed with this straightener. The plates are attached with screws which catch the hair as you straighten it. This straightener broke so many strands of hair that I had to cut my hair. Find a different straightener to use. Not worth the money.

Cyndi i think you just had a really bad experience because ive had my t 3 for about 3 years and it works like its new and I've dropped it on granite like a few times nothing happened to it (knock on wood)lol but im sorry about your experience or maybe the wet to dry ones are like that im not sure but i have the regular ones im sure they are the same...

I purchased a T3 Tourmaline flat iron and paid over $200 for it. 3 months later it stopped working. I tried writing the company as per their warranty, and after 1 month and 2 attemps, have recevied no response. The iron worked great for 3 months, then nothing. I can't endorse companies who don't back up their poroducts.

I first got a T3 hair dryer, it was cool! And now, I found the T3 hair straightener is just as good as the hair dryer, they work together and give me professional hair styling result!
